For centuries, Jordanian artisans have practiced dokuma — the art of weaving discarded fabric scraps into something beautiful. Each thread carries history. Each bag carries that forward.
Every Basma bag is made by hand in our Jordan workshop. No two pieces are identical. The irregularities are not flaws — they are the signature of the maker.
A celebration of texture, color, and craft — this one-of-a-kind basket is a true statement piece from the House of Basma. Handwoven using richly layered textiles, each strip tells its own story, coming together in a vibrant composition that feels both playful and deeply rooted in tradition. Bold pom-pom detailing and sculptural crochet elements add a tactile dimension, while the macrame handles bring balance and ease. This piece exists only once — made slowly, by hand, in Jordan. A collectible object designed to be carried, kept, and remembered.

- Dubai: Same day (Order before 6pm).

- KSA & GCC: 2–3 days.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase.
o’de rose reserves the right to reject the return of any products that do not meet the above requirements.
Once your return request is received and inspected (usually within 2 Business Days of receipt), o’de rose will automatically refund your credit card or debit card. All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment, with the exception of COD orders, which will be refunded in the form of an e-Credit Note.
Currently, we only offer exchanges within the UAE. These will be processed in the form of an e-Credit Note, which you can use online to order your replacement items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale Items
- Pre-order Products
- Personalized or Bespoke Items
For UAE orders, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, taxes are refundable.
International orders:
The original shipping charges, customs fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and the return shipping charges are on the customer.
*Please note, while we offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier, we do monitor the number of returns customers make. Repeat returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
