Sama has just been awarded a new Horizon honorary mention at the Bologna international Children Book Fair in Italy. This award is a dream come true for every children and youth book publisher around the world and its the 4th for Dar Onboz and we wear it with absolute pride and joy.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days for unused items, excluding sale, pre-order, and personalized items. Exchanges are available within the UAE via e-Credit Notes.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
Yes, except for GCC. Customs duties are paid directly to the local customs authority upon receipt.
