Each SERPUI bag is made by hand, using the highest quality materials, by our team of talented artisans that weave, embroider and dye wickers and straws to create the exquisite bags imagined by designer Serpui Marie.
Every bag can take up to three days to be made, and many of them combine multiple techniques to create unique, nontraditional combinations

- Dubai: Same day (Order before 6pm).
- Rest of UAE: Next day.
- KSA & GCC: 2–3 days.
- International: 4–5 days.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days for unused items, excluding sale, pre-order, and personalized items. Exchanges are available within the UAE via e-Credit Notes.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
Yes, except for GCC. Customs duties are paid directly to the local customs authority upon receipt.
