Manufacture & perfum
All our candles from the ZODIAC collection are handcrafted. Each step is done manually with the greatest care. Our candles are poured in the south of France where our manufacturer with his unique knowledge proceeds to the famous mixture of our precious perfumes and wax.
Each fragrance offers you a unique olfactory journey. All our scents are created by the noses of the famous Robertet House.
Using advise
During the first utilisation, let the candle burn for at least 2 hours, until the wax should become liquid on the surface.
Cut the wick regularly for a better using and to avoid black smock. Also make sure it stays straight and centered.
Deliveries
- Dubai: Same day (Order before 6pm).
- Rest of UAE: Next day.
- KSA & GCC: 2–3 days.
- International: 4–5 days.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase.
o’de rose reserves the right to reject the return of any products that do not meet the above requirements.
Once your return request is received and inspected (usually within 2 Business Days of receipt), o’de rose will automatically refund your credit card or debit card. All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment, with the exception of COD orders, which will be refunded in the form of an e-Credit Note.
Currently, we only offer exchanges within the UAE. These will be processed in the form of an e-Credit Note, which you can use online to order your replacement items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale Items
- Pre-order Products
- Personalized or Bespoke Items
For UAE orders, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, taxes are refundable.
International orders:
The original shipping charges, customs fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and the return shipping charges are on the customer.
