Each glass is handmade and due to the individual nature of their stems, the glasses can vary in height.

Returns are accepted within 10 days for unused items, excluding sale, pre-order, and personalized items. Exchanges are available within the UAE via e-Credit Notes.

Yes, except for GCC. Customs duties are paid directly to the local customs authority upon receipt.
