Over the last 4 years En Shalla have worked on a project embroidering recycled food bags in and outside Marrakech, Morocco. We work with recycled plastic bags that would have originally been used to carry industrial quantities of rice, couscous, flour and other commodity foods.The bags come in 3 sizes, a 10kg : 25kg : & 50kg. We use these references as a small medium and large and any of the bag designs can be replicated throughout the 3 sizes. The bags are hand embroidered weaving different materials through the plastic grid like squares on the outside which enables us to reproduce different patterns in a pixel like format on the blank canvas. We tend to turn the bag inside out so the original design is still on the inside of the bag. This lets the client know what the bag’s originally used for and adds a sense of romance to the story
Deliveries
- Dubai: Same day (Order before 6pm).
- Rest of UAE: Next day.
- KSA & GCC: 2–3 days.
- International: 4–5 days.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase.
o’de rose reserves the right to reject the return of any products that do not meet the above requirements.
Once your return request is received and inspected (usually within 2 Business Days of receipt), o’de rose will automatically refund your credit card or debit card. All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment, with the exception of COD orders, which will be refunded in the form of an e-Credit Note.
Currently, we only offer exchanges within the UAE. These will be processed in the form of an e-Credit Note, which you can use online to order your replacement items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale Items
- Pre-order Products
- Personalized or Bespoke Items
For UAE orders, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, taxes are refundable.
International orders:
The original shipping charges, customs fees and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and the return shipping charges are on the customer.
*Please note, while we offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier, we do monitor the number of returns customers make. Repeat returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
